What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens after you send Vandrer a partner enquiry through the form on the Partners page.
Who reads it
A person reads every enquiry — it does not enter an automated marketing sequence. We reply when there is something real to discuss; a quiet enquiry is not a rejection, it usually just means the timing is not right yet.
What we collect and why
We ask for your organisation, your name and role, a business email, country, an interest category, your message, acknowledgement of this notice and the privacy notice, and permission to reply to the enquiry. Each field is used only to understand and respond to your enquiry — nothing is sold, and this form never adds you to Field Notes or any marketing list.
What we do not do
We do not publish a partner list, do not expose our commercial inventory or rate card, and do not share voter or subscriber information with any partner or prospective partner.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, and for a limited period afterward for our own records, after which they are deleted or reduced to what a legitimate business record requires.
You can ask what we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the data request form on the contact page or by writing to privacy@flyvandrer.com.
Sending an enquiry creates no partnership, agreement, or commitment on either side. Only a separately signed agreement does that.
