Vandrer is an expedition airline project in development from Oslo, founded by Mark John Puglisi. It is being built in the open: Route Lab invites travellers to signal the destinations they would genuinely consider flying to, so that a future network is shaped with the people who would use it rather than presented to them. The cabin work starts from the idea that economy should feel like travel again, and the journey work from the idea that when plans change a passenger should not have to become their own operations manager. Vandrer holds no aircraft, no routes, no schedules and no regulatory approvals, and offers no flights or tickets; Field Notes and the progress page record honestly what exists and what does not.
