About Vandrer

Flyvandrer.com is the prelaunch website of the Vandrer project, currently developed from Oslo, Norway. Vandrer is not operating flights, does not hold itself out as an operating airline, and does not offer air transport through this website.

No offer or sale

Nothing on this website constitutes:

• An offer to carry passengers or cargo.
• A ticket, booking or reservation.
• A confirmed route, airport, schedule or launch date.
• A membership sale.
• A deposit, donation or crowdfunding campaign.
• An offer of shares, securities or investment.
• A promise of employment, appointment or regulatory approval.

No contract of carriage, ticket purchase, paid membership, investment, partnership, employment or regulatory appointment arises from an expression submitted through this prelaunch site.

Route Lab and future origins

Route votes and origin suggestions are private planning signals. They do not create priority, entitlement, waiting-list status or a promise that Vandrer will study, select or operate the route. A destination shown on the site does not confirm a nonstop service, particular airport, aircraft, timetable or launch route. You may withdraw a signal at any time.

Founding Circle

The Founding Circle form records possible future interest only. Amounts such as €250, €350 or €500 are indicative preference bands, not prices currently charged, and no payment is accepted through this site.

Submitting the form does not create membership, reserve a membership number, guarantee benefits, create priority for tickets, provide travel credit, confer shares, ownership, voting rights or financial return, or oblige either you or Vandrer to proceed. Vandrer will not request or accept payment until an appropriate legal entity, final benefits, price, tax treatment, consumer terms, refund rules, withdrawal rights and payment arrangements are in place.

Field Notes

Field Notes is an optional email publication. Subscription requires confirmation and can be ended through the unsubscribe link or a privacy request. Operational verification messages that you requested are not marketing messages.

Companies and letters of interest

Company enquiries begin a conversation only. A form submission or a letter of interest sent by email is non-binding unless a later agreement is expressly negotiated, approved and signed by authorised representatives. Sending a document does not mean Vandrer has accepted its contents. Vandrer will not publish an organisation's name, logo, submission or endorsement without separate written permission.

Future leadership and postholders

Professional expressions of interest do not create employment, appointment, authority or regulatory nomination. Any future recruitment, postholder nomination or appointment will require a separate process, qualification checks, contractual documentation and, where applicable, regulatory acceptance.

Asterisk and development progress

The website may describe software, workflows, models and prototypes developed for the planned airline. "Built" means that a prototype or system capability exists at the stated development stage. It does not by itself mean that the system is deployed in airline operations, certified, approved by an authority, or integrated with an operating aircraft or airport.

Information and changes

Vandrer aims to keep public information accurate and to distinguish clearly between live public capabilities, built prototypes, work in validation, planned work and future ambitions. Plans may change. Corrections can be reported to info@flyvandrer.com.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Submit an email address they do not control.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Automate or manipulate votes.
• Send malware or unlawful material through any form or email to Vandrer.
• Attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Interfere with the website or other users.

Manipulated or abusive submissions may be rejected or removed.

Submitted content

You retain ownership of original material you submit. You give Vandrer permission to store, review and use it privately for the purpose for which it was submitted. Vandrer will not publish your message, company letter, name or endorsement without separate permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Vandrer name, designs, text, software demonstrations and original site content are owned by or licensed to the project. Third-party libraries, photography, mapping data and other licensed materials remain the property of their owners. Nothing in these terms grants permission to use Vandrer branding or to imply endorsement.

Availability and external links

The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable. External links are provided for convenience; third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility

The site is provided as a prelaunch information and engagement service. Vandrer does not guarantee that proposed plans will proceed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Age

General content may be viewed by anyone. Forms that submit personal data are intended for people aged 16 or older. Founding Circle, company and professional-interest forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections applying to you as a consumer in your country of residence.
