What Field Notes is

Field Notes from Vandrer is a publication about the project's development — destination stories, routes gathering momentum, founder notes and honest updates on what is and is not working. It is not a general marketing list, and it is never attached automatically to a route vote.

What subscribing means

Subscribing uses confirmed opt-in: after you submit the form, nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link in the email we send you. You choose which categories arrive, and you can change that choice at any time from your preferences page.

A Field Notes subscription is not a booking, a reservation, a waitlist position, or any kind of commitment by Vandrer to you or by you to Vandrer. It carries no entitlement to a route, a fare, or priority of any kind.

How often it arrives

There is no fixed schedule yet — editions go out when there is something real to share, not on a marketing calendar.

How to unsubscribe

Every edition carries a working unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time from your preferences page, or by writing to privacy@flyvandrer.com. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and stops everything already queued.

What we keep

We keep your email address, the categories you chose, the consent version and timestamp, and your confirmation and unsubscribe history, for as long as the subscription is active and for a limited period afterward to prove the consent was given and withdrawn correctly.
